Order & payment: items purchased, amounts paid, shipping details, Stripe checkout session references, and receipts. Payment card numbers are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card details.
Technical & usage: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referrer URL, and similar data in server logs and our shop analytics events (for example product views, cart actions, and checkout steps).
Cookies & session storage: we use essential session cookies to run the shop (for example keeping items in your cart and checkout progress). We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this shop.
How we collect information
Directly from you when you checkout, contact us, or complete forms on the site.
Automatically when you browse (server logs and engagement events).
From Stripe when you pay (confirmation of payment status and customer contact details needed for the transaction).
